We realize you may not always have access to the Internet or you may prefer to speak with a person. In either case, you can call 254.771.7100. PDI’s normal support hours are Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. Central Time Zone. After hours support is also available as a billable service.
