PDI offers courses which are licensed individually and may be used in conjunction with PDI/Virtual University software to track results to ensure that your employees are getting the training they need! These courses are also available to use outside of PDI/Virtual University.
Jump Start
These free easy-to-use courses give your employees a jump start when you upgrade PDI products such as PDI/Resource Management Series (PDI/RMS), PDI/Desktop, and many more. Before you load an upgrade, browse the CD (or network folder after unzipping) and identify the course executable file with a book icon. For example, the course for RMS 6.20 would be as follows:

Refer to the release notes for new features, and then provide this file to employees who use the same features before you apply the upgrade.
Top 10 Tips Series
These interactive, ten-minute courses teach students tips on topics such as customer service, cash handling, reducing shrink, store safety, theft prevention, and food handling. Providing basic skills training enhances job satisfaction and increases employee performance and retention. Upon request, these courses can be customized for your company. Alcohol Seller/Server Training (certified by the Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission) Educate employees on the legal responsibilities of selling alcohol.
