Scott Kingsfield
Chairman of the Board

Scott is an Operating Partner at Luminate Capital Partners and is based in Atlanta, GA. Scott has worked in the technology industry for over 20 years, most recently as President of the Retail Division at NCR. Prior to joining NCR he held multiple executive roles at Radiant Systems, which was known as the leading provider of technology solutions to the retail and hospitality industry. Scott began his career as a management consultant with Arthur Andersen and Price Waterhouse. Scott is a graduate of Georgia State University with a B.B.A. in Finance.

Greg Gilkerson
Vice Chairman of the Board

Greg founded PDI in 1983. He served as PDI’s president from its inception until December 2016. Greg started his professional career in 1975 as a CPA with Peat Marwick Mitchell. Beginning in 1979, he served as Colonial Food Stores’ Controller/Treasurer until he started PDI. Greg is recognized as a convenience store software industry leader, having been inducted into the Convenience Store News Hall of Fame and the Petroleum Convenience Alliance for Technology Standards (PCATS) Hall of Fame. Greg is a graduate of Texas Tech University with a B.B.A. in Accounting and has served on a number of community and faith-based boards.

Hythem T. El-Nazer
Managing Director, TA Associates

Hythem helps to lead TA’s investments in software and technology-enabled companies primarily in North America.   He has 16 years of experience working with and investing in some of the leading technology and communications companies in the world. Since joining TA in 2004, he has been involved in more than 15 investments totaling more than $15 billion in enterprise value. These investments have been in North America, Europe, India and the Middle East. Hythem has deep domain expertise across both vertical and infrastructure software platforms. He has partnered with founders and management teams with an aim to accelerate organic growth and transform businesses through strategic acquisitions.

Harry D. Taylor
Managing Director, TA Associates

Harry joined TA in 2005 and has more than 15 years of private equity experience. He focuses on investments in enterprise software, internet infrastructure and technology-based services companies. While at TA, Harry has sponsored 10 TA investments and helped portfolio companies make over a dozen acquisitions. Previously, he worked as a Financial Analyst in the Principal Investment Area and Technology Group of Goldman, Sachs & Company. Harry earned his MBA at Harvard Business School, and AB in Economics at Hamilton College, where he graduated summa cum laude and was elected to Phi Beta Kappa.

Jimmy Frangis
CEO, PDI

Jimmy joined PDI in 2016 and is responsible for setting the strategic vision and direction for the company. As CEO he brings more than 20 years of experience in retail software. Prior to PDI, Jimmy served in various leadership positions at NCR Corporation including vice president and general manager of the global petroleum and convenience retail business. Prior to joining NCR, he held multiple leadership positions at Radiant Systems. Jimmy began his career at Arthur Andersen. He holds a B.B.A. and an M.B.A. from the University of Georgia.

Richard Michael Mayoras
Former CEO, JDA

Mike is a proven value generator with expertise in leading growth companies and scaling operations while improving customer focus. As a business advisor and independent board director, he brings agile and modern leadership to many firms. He currently serves on four company boards: Professional Datasolutions, Inc. (PDI), EPAM Systems, Vendavo, and BuildDirect. Mike has more than 30 years of experience in the technology, consulting and software industries, having held several executive and senior management positions for various organizations. Most recently, Mike was CEO of RedPrairie, a supply chain software company, from 2007-2013. As CEO, he led revenue growth from $70 million to $400 million, and forged the acquisition of JDA Software, creating a $1 billion category leader. Mike is an advisor to the board and the MBA degree program at Carroll University in Wisconsin. He also served on the board of the Technology Association of Georgia (TAG), and is a past member of the Metro Atlanta Chamber of Commerce’s Technology Leadership Council and the Georgia Chamber of Commerce. In 2012 he was named a “Provider Pro to Know” by Supply & Demand Chain Executive magazine.

Jeff Bender
CEO, Harris

Jeff Bender has served on our board since October of 2016.  Jeff also serves on the board of Constellation Software, TSX:CSU.  As Harris’ CEO, Jeff guides the company by overseeing all corporate planning and strategic direction. He works with all employees to establish and deliver on Harris’ goals and objectives and create value for all Harris employees, customers and shareholders. Jeff’s continual focus on accountability, responsibility, ownership and understanding continues to drive the Harris performance culture.  Before his appointment as CEO, Jeff made significant contributions to the company by holding various senior management positions, including Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer. Prior to joining Harris in 1999, Jeff spent seven years at Deloitte & Touche in their technology business practice. Jeff earned his Bachelor of Commerce degree at Carleton University and is a member of the Ontario Institute of Chartered Professional Accountants.
