Host Level Consulting

Most of you received host level consulting when you first implemented your PDI/RMS system. If you have had a change in staff or have recently upgraded and need direction on how to use some of the new features in PDI/RMS, this might be the service for you.

We can help you roll out new features, perform one-on-one training, review and enhance your procedures, reconcile your accounts, and so forth.

Business Review

PDI offers an in-depth business process review service commonly known as a Business Review. The Business Review normally initiates with a three-day, on-site visit by a senior consultant(s) followed by written analysis. The visit includes store, office, and executive staff interviews as well as procedures observation. Once the data is collected, the PDI staff takes approximately one week to review and analyze the data according to best practices and our own industry experience.

The Business Review is typically not focused on PDI products but on your overall business processes and practices. However, if you've been using the PDI/RMS system for more than a couple of years, you would benefit from this type of review. We will set aside a special amount of time for analyzing your effective use of the system as well as your hardware and networking needs.

Network Implementation

Certified by industry leaders such as Microsoft, Cisco, CompTIA, and HP Compaq, our network consulting group specializes in Windows 2000/2003 network installations. They can assist you in converting your existing network to Windows 2000/2003, or they can configure your network from scratch.

Account Management

Account Management is a special customer relationship in which PDI takes more responsibility for the day-to-day project management and support of the customer's systems. In some cases, we will contract to supply programming resources as well as consulting resources. The resources are typically dedicated to the customer and billed at a reduced billing rate. The term for a typical Account Management contract is six months to one year.
