Jimmy joined PDI in 2016 and is responsible for setting the strategic vision and direction for the company. As CEO, he brings more than 20 years of experience in retail software. Prior to PDI, Jimmy served in various leadership positions at NCR Corporation, including vice president and general manager of the global petroleum and convenience retail business. Prior to joining NCR, he held multiple leadership positions at Radiant Systems. Jimmy began his career at Arthur Andersen. He holds a B.B.A. and an M.B.A. from the University of Georgia.
SVP & GM, North America Operations
Bo joined PDI in 2000 and worked in various capacities before becoming SVP and GM of North American Operations in 2017. Bo has worked with PDI’s largest customers, including a project that involved a 1,000-store software rollout, converting the entire chain to an item inventory system. Prior to joining PDI, Bo was a software developer for an Austin, TX-based software company. He is a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin with a B.S. in Biology.
SVP & CMO
Nadine joined PDI in 2016 and is charged with the development and execution of strategic marketing initiatives that deliver measurable growth outcomes for the company’s key business areas. Her role also extends to business development, including the cultivation of strategic alliances, as well as leading PDI’s data aggregation business. Before coming to PDI, Nadine spent more than 25 years at NCR and held multiple executive roles, most recently as Chief of Staff and Vice President of strategy, marketing, and channel and solution management. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Marketing and Finance from Concordia University Montreal.
SVP, Global Sales
Douglas joined PDI in January, 2017 and serves as Sr. Vice President, Global Sales. Douglas has over 20 years of experience focused on building strong customer relationships in the convenience retail segment. Prior to joining PDI, Douglas served as the EVP of Global Sales for Kalibrate, where he helped build and lead their global sales organization across six continents. Previously, Douglas held increasingly responsible positions with Radiant Systems and NCR. He holds a B.A. in Economics from American University and an M.B.A. in Marketing from Vanderbilt University.
Brent joined PDI in 1994 as a consultant. After numerous successful customer engagements, Brent was appointed the Vice President of Professional Services. Several years later, Brent joined our sales team. In 2014, Brent became the Vice President of Sales. He has led some of our most important installations as a consultant and has managed the sales process for our most prestigious customers. Brent graduated from Baylor University with a B.B.A. in Accounting and Information Systems Analysis.
Chip joined PDI in 2015 and oversees the finance, accounting and risk management aspects of the business. Chip has worked in the technology industry for nearly 15 years and in software for the last 8 years, most recently as senior director of financial planning and analysis for Raytheon|Websense. He has held management positions in both finance and accounting at software companies during his career. Chip started his career as an engineer at Applied Materials and holds an M.B.A. from the University of Texas, McCombs and a B.S. from the University of Virginia.
VP, Human Resources
Paul joined PDI in 2016 and is responsible for the Human Capital of PDI, including talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, talent development and employee engagement. Paul also plays a key role in the integration of acquired businesses. Before coming to PDI, Paul spent more than 24 years at C. R. Bard and held multiple executive roles, most recently as Vice President of Human Resources for the Medical Division. He holds a B.B.A. in HR Management from the University of Notre Dame and an M.B.A. with a concentration in HR from Kennesaw State University.
VP, Product Management
Jim joined PDI as a software developer in 1990. Jim is widely recognized as an industry leader with respect to wholesale and retail fuel systems. He led PDI’s initiative with 7-Eleven to rewrite our fuel systems. Jim is currently Vice President of Development and Senior Product Manager for PDI/Enterprise software. He has also guided the systems development and implementation of our software for several leading fuel marketers. Jim holds a B.S. in Computer Science from Angelo State University.
Earl joined PDI as a software developer in 1987. Earl is currently Vice President of Development and the lead software architect for the PDI/Enterprise software. Earl has been instrumental in guiding PDI systems development to scale up to support some of the largest companies in the convenience store industry, including 7-Eleven and Circle K. Earl holds a B.S. in Computer Science from Angelo State University.
VP, PDI/Pinnacle Operations
Drew has led the strategy and development of technology based automation solutions for the retail convenience and petroleum industry since 1995. As Vice President PDI/Pinnacle Operations, he oversees the integration, strategy and daily operations for the assets, clients, and employees acquired from The Pinnacle Corporation by PDI in December 2016. Prior to PDI, Drew was with Pinnacle for 11 years, serving multiple roles and was President at the time of PDI’s acquisition. Before Pinnacle, Drew was Vice President of TMI Services, Inc. of Fort Worth, TX for 10 years, where he led the convenience store technology division. He earned his B.B.A. degree in Marketing from the University of Texas at Arlington.
VP, Development Intellifuel Solutions
Steve joined PDI in 2016 and brings more than three decades of experience to his role as Vice President of Development. Most recently he served as Vice President of Development at Intellifuel Systems, Inc. before its acquisition by PDI. Prior to co-founding Intellifuel in 2001, Steve worked as an engineer for the Kennedy Space Center and the Development Manager for Toptech Systems. He holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Central Florida.
Austin Skaggs joined PDI as a technical writer in 2001. From 2003 to 2009, Austin served in various customer-facing departments, including Professional Services and Customer Service. In 2010, he assumed the role of Community Manager and led the effort to implement PDI’s popular customer community website, PDI Connections. In 2012, Austin was promoted to Education Manager and Director of Creative Services. In 2014, he was promoted to Vice President of Marketing. In 2016, he was promoted to Vice President of Consulting. Austin holds a B.A. in Professional Writing from Baylor University and an M.S. in Technical Communication Management from Mercer University.
VP, Customer Service
Matt joined the PDI team as a support consultant in 2005. Matt became Vice President of Customer Service in 2014. Under Matt’s leadership, the PDI support team has consistently earned outstanding survey results from our customers. Matt also co-led the project to implement PDI’s new customer resource management system and second generation community website, PDI Connections. Matt holds a B.B.A and an M.B.A. from the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor.
VP, Information Technology
Since joining PDI in 1988, Sean has served in many integral capacities. After beginning as a developer, he went on to form and lead PDI’s technical support group. Through the 1990s, he led product and large special projects, performed product research, and managed new development, technical support, and add-on products. Sean was named IT director in 1999, successfully co-leading PDI’s internal Y2K project, and vice president of Information Technology in 2002. Sean holds a B.S. in Computer Science from Angelo State University. Today, he continues to apply more than 30 years of experience in the retail convenience industry to his PDI service.
